ABSTRACT This research is entitled "Development of Audiovisual Learning Media based on Corel Video Studio Pro X10 Materials of Palembang Darussalam Sultanate Heritage for History Learning Class X SMA Negeri 13 Palembang". This research has been conducted and applied in class X IPS 2 SMA Negeri 13 Palembang. This research is a development research that uses the Hannafin and Peck model. The purpose of this research is to develop audiovisual learning media based on Corel Video Studio Pro X10 which is valid and has an effective impact. The validity of the audiovisual learning media based on Corel Video Studio Pro X10 was assessed by four experts, namely material experts, instructional design experts, media experts, and language experts. The validity of the material is 4.76 with a very valid category, the validity of the instructional design is 4.27 with a very valid category, the media validity is 4.30 with a very valid category, and the language validity is 4.58 with a very valid category. The effect of audiovisual learning media based on Corel Video Studio Pro X10 is seen in the increase in student learning outcomes before and after using learning media at the field trial stage by 46.34%. This shows that the Development of Audiovisual Learning Media Based on Corel Video Studio Pro X10 Palembang Darussalam Sultanate Heritage Materials for History Learning Class X SMA Negeri 13 Palembang has a valid value and effectiveness.
