STRATEGI GURU PPKN DALAM MENINGKATKAN KECERDASAN INTERPERSONAL SISWA SMA SRIJAYA NEGARA PALEMBANG
This study aims to determine the strategies of Civics teachers in improving interpersonal intelligence of Srijaya Negara Palembang high school students. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The social situation in this study is SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang as the (place), PPKn teachers and class XI Ips 4 students as (actors) and Civics learning activities at SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang as (activities) to be studied, as well as informants in the research. it's 5 people. By using in-depth analysis, the type of research used is a case study, and the informants are selected based on purposive sampling technique. In this study the data collection techniques used in the form of documentation, observation, and interviews. The results of the research conducted showed that the PPKn teacher's strategy in improving interpersonal intelligence was by setting specifications for student behavior, choosing learning approaches, determining procedures, methods and learning techniques, setting standards for student success, adapting, empathy, leadership, cooperation, tolerance, the language skills of Srijaya Negara Palembang high school students.
