The production results produced by plasma farmers in Sungai Napal Village must align with the partnership pattern and farmers' satisfaction in implementing the partnership. The aims of this study are (1) to describe the process and pattern of a partnership between smallholders and companies. (2) Calculate the income of plasma farmers who partner with the company during 2021. (3) Analyze the satisfaction level of plasma farmers who partner with the company. This research has been conducted in Sungai Napal Village, where the location has been determined intentionally. Data collection was carried out from February to March 2022. The data collected were primary data and secondary data. The research method used is a survey method. The results of the research carried out can be concluded (1) The partnership pattern carried out by plasma farmers with the company is a sub-contract partnership, where there is a contract agreement that agricultural land will be divided into 60% plasma land and 40% core land with a pattern without compensation for a minimum of 25 years of a work contract. (2) The average income of plasma farmers in 2021 is IDR 18,509,412.38/Lg/year. The R/C Ratio is 1.99, which means that the farming carried out is profitable for the farmers. (3) The level of satisfaction of plasma farmers who partner with companies based on the calculation of the value of the Customer Satisfaction Index obtained a value of 78.90%, which means that the level of satisfaction of plasma farmers is included in the criteria of satisfaction.
