This study aims was to determine the quality of silage grated palm fronds and palm sludge with the addition of vitamin B complex on the digestibility of NH3 and Total VFA by in vitro. This research was carried out from February to March 2022 at the Nutrition and Animal Feed Laboratory of the Animal Husbandry Study Program Faculty of Agriculture Sriwijaya University. The design used in this study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 3 treatments and 5 replications. The treatments used included silage palm frond and palm sludge (P0/control), silage palm frond and palm sludge + vitamin B complex 1% (P1), and silage palm frond and palm sludge + vitamin B complex 2% (P2). The parameters observed were the concentration of NH3and total VFA. Treatment differences were analyzed with the help of SPSS software and Duncan's Test. The results of this study showed that with the addition of vitamin B complex in silage grated palm fronds and palm sludge had different results and increased in each treatment. On the observation of the total VFA concentrasion, the highest value for the total VFA was 35,19 mM on P2 treatment, and on the test NH3 had no different results in each treatment.
