Normal progress of labor depends on the interaction of three components that was, power, passage and passanger. But the anxiety factor also plays an important role in the progress of labor, high Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) in Indonesia pointing to the 307/100.000 events very far ffom the MDG target for 2015 is "only" 102/100.000 events. Found that 54% of the sample group of 102 pregnant women with low anxiety response, successfully perform vaginal delivery. Pregnancy at a young age have a high emotional response in the face of labor. Therefore, treatment is needed to reduce maternal anxiety response to the progress of labor. The purpose of this study was there any effect on the process Pregnancy Health Education Labor on Amriety Level III trimester primigravida mother. The Analytical design of this study is a type of Pre-Experimental research design with model One Group Pretest and Postest. The population in this case is the entire third trimester of primigravida pregnant mothers who did antenatal care in health centers RSMH, Dempo and Merdeka in November 2011-January 2012. This study sample of 25 respondents with a total sampling technique. Has obtained data that the average level of amriety prior to treatment was 26.8 while the level of amriety after a given treatment is 17.04. And the existence of a strong and significant influence on this research. As a profession Doctor fatherly advice to provide Services to pregnant women by providing health education as part of the educator's role of a doctor that pregnant women are not amrious to live a pregnancy, the existence and eventually facing labor.
