KANDUNGAN TIMBAL (Pb) PADA TANAH SAWAH INTENSIF DAN BERAS DI KELURAHAN PURWODADI, KECAMATAN PURWODADI MUSI RAWAS
Soil is a medium for receiving heavy metals. If the heavy metal content in the soil exceeds the threshold, the presence of these heavy metals will cause soil pollution and endanger human and animal life. One of the heavy metals that is dangerous and often pollutes the environment is lead (Pb). According to the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia (BPOM), the heavy metal contamination of lead (Pb) in foodstuffs is 0.5 ppm. This research was conducted with the aim of assessing the heavy metal content of lead in rice fields and the content of lead in rice in Purwodadi Village, Musi Rawas Regency. The research was conducted from December 2021 to May 2022. The results showed that the lead (Pb) heavy metal content in the soil had exceeded the predetermined threshold value and the lead (Pb) heavy metal content in rice was still below the limit detection method or the lead (Pb) heavy metal content in rice was still very low so that still safe for consumption. Based on the multiple linear regression test, it states that the correlation value between X1, X2, X3 and Y is 0,4755 which is included in the medium category. The value of the coefficient of determination is 0,3543 or 35,43% which states that X1, X2, X3 explains that Y is 35,43%, the rest is influenced by other factors. The significance value > = 0,05 so it can be concluded that there is no significant effect between the variables X1, X2, X3 and Y.
