Pakcoy or commonly called spoon mustardis a plant that is much favored by the surrounding community. In addition to its easy cultivation process, pakcoy can also be cultivated through hydroponic media and soil media. However, cultivating pakcoy plants on hydroponic media requires a large amountof money. There fore, the cultivation of pakcoy plants through soil media is more efficient in terms of costs. However, many soils in Indonesia, especially South Sumatra, have soils that are poor in nutrients such as Ultisol, which has a low pH value and relatively few nutrients, there fore it is necessary to add fertilizer as a nutrient contributor to the soil. This study aimed to analyze the effec to fliquid organik fertilizer from water spinac hand cow dung and to obtain the best treatment for the cultivation of pakcoy (Brassica rapa ssubsp. Chinensis) on Ultisol. This research activity was carried ou tfrom March to May 2021, in the green house of the Department of Soil, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir. The material used in this research is pakcoy, a liquid organik fertilizer made from water spinach waste and cow dung. The research method used in this study was a factorial completely randomized design with 7 treatments, 2 factorsand 3 replications so that there were 42 experimental units, the placemen to feach treatment in the experimental plot was carried out randomly. The first factor in this study was the dilution factor with 7 dilution levels A0 = 0 ml POC (0%/1L) + 1000 ml water; A1 = 50 ml POC (5%/1L) + 950 ml water; A2 = 100 ml POC (10%/1L) + 900 ml water; A3 = 150ml POC (15%/1L) + 850 ml water, A4 = 200 ml POC (20%/1L) + 800 ml water; A5 = 250 ml POC (25%/1L) + 750 ml water; A6 = 300 ml POC (30%/1L) + 700 ml). And the second factoris the location of the application of liquid organik fertilizer which is applied to soil and leaves. The variables observed were plant height, plant fresh weight, plant dry weight, leaf area, root length, root fresh weight, root dry weight, media pH value, and soil organik C value. The results of the research on the application of liquid organik fertilizer from water spinach waste and cow dung which were applied to the leaves and soil, it was found that sample A1 had a good influence on the leaf area of the pakcoy plant. Keywords: Liquid organik fertilizer, Pakcoy, dilution, application location
