PERUBAHAN FRAKSI SERAT TEPUNG DARAH DENGAN ABSORBAN BERBEDA YANG DIFERMENTASI BAKTERI LACTOBACILLUS PLANTARUM BERDASARKAN ANALISA VAN SOEST
Blood meal is a product of livestock that can be used as feed that has a good source of protein for livestock. This research was to determine the best type of absorbance in the process of processing blood flour with absorbance of palm midrib and rice bran fermented using Lactobacillus plantarum bacteria. This research was conducted from October to November 2021 at the Animal Feed and Nutrition Laboratory, Animal Husbandry Study Program, Department of Animal Technology and Industry, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The method used in this study is an experimental method with t test analysis comparing 2 treatments and 3 replications. The treatments used were different types of absorbents, namely palm fronds and rice bran. P1 (Palm midrib fermented with Lactobacillus plantarum), P2 (Rice bran fermented with Lactobacillus plantarum bacteria). The observed variables included fiber fractions of NDF (Neutral Detergent Fiber), ADF (Acid Detergent Fiber), Hemicellulose, Cellulose and Lignin. The results of the t-test showed that the type of absorbance of oil palm midrib had a significantly different effect (P
