Determination of rubber seeds will significantly affect the productivity and income of rubber farmers. The purpose of this research activity is (1) Analyzing the latex productivity of rubber farmers using grafted rubber seeds with natural rubber seeds in Pulau Gemantung Ulu Village, Tanjung Lubuk District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency; (2) Analyzing the income of rubber farmers using grafted rubber seeds with natural rubber seeds in Pulau Gemantung Ulu Village, Tanjung Lubuk District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency; (3) Knowing the factors that influence the increase in rubber latex production in Pulau Gemantung Ulu Village, Tanjung Lubuk District, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency. This research was conducted in February 2022 until completion. The use of rubber seeds and the area of land owned by rubber farmers are very big considerations. The productivity of the sap produced from grafted rubber seeds is more than the sap from natural seeds, so that the income of rubber farmers who use grafted rubber seeds is greater than that of farmers who use natural rubber seeds. Based on the analysis of the factors that influence the increase in latex production, it was found that the area of land and the type of seed used had a significant effect on latex production.
