The purpose of this research are identify the reasons of rubber farmers to become Mantarmas Jaya PMU members, analyzing differences in the quality of rubber processing materials produced by farmers before and after becoming Mantarmas Jaya PMU members, analyzing differences income of rubber farmers before and after becoming Mantarmas Jaya PMU members. This research was carried out in Talang Ipuh Village Suak Tapeh Subdistrict Banyuasin Regency. The choice of the location of this research was done purposively. Data collection was carried out from March to April 2020. The result of this study indicate the reasons that farmers becoming Mantarmas Jaya PMU members are higher prices, honest weighing, distance to PMU, and participation in farmer groups. The quality of rubber after becoming a Mantarmas Jaya PMU members was significantly higher than the quality of rubber before becoming Mantarmas Jaya PMU members. The income of rubber farmers after becoming Mantarmas Jaya PMU members is higher than the income of rubber farmers before becoming Mantarmas Jaya PMU members with an income difference of Rp8.649.782 Ha/th.
