Background: Menopause is the final stage of the biological processes that women experience which is decrease in production of the female sex hormones estrogen and progesterone in the ovaries.Menopause occurs when a person is no menstruation for one-year period. Generally occurs at the age of around 50 years. Many factors influence the occurrence of menopause, one of which is menarche age. Method: This research aimed to determine the correlation between menarche age factor and know other factors that also affect menopause in women in Village Sekip Jaya Palembang in 2012. This research is a descriptive anal y ti c survey. When the research was conducted in October-December 2012, the number of population is the entire population in Village Sekip Jaya Palembang with a total sample Is 120 people. Result: The results of research, obtainable the most respondents with habit of not smoking (98.8%), married status (96.7%), light work load (94.2%), recent childbearing age < 40 years (87.1%), the number of children > 3 people (78.5%), age of menopause
