The research aims (1) to analyze the influencing factors of using technology in paddy farming with various land ownership status to increase it is production in Pemulutan Ilir Village, Ogan Ilir District (2) compare the difference in farmers income with the ownership status of the owners land and the status of the tenants land ownership in Pemulutan Ilir Village, Ogan Ilir District (3) analyzing the level of use of cultivation technology and it is relationship to paddy farming income for farmers in Pemulutan Ilir Village, Ogan Ilir District on various land ownership status.This research was conducted in April 2021. The location of the study was determined intentionally. The sample of farmers used purposive sampling method with a total sample of 56 farmers. The data collected in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data. The data processing method used chi-square test, T test and descriptively.The results of this study indicate that (1) the factors that influence farmers decisions in determining the use of technology are land ownership status and farmers participation in agricultural extension activities (2) the average farm income of owner farmers is greater than that of farmers. cultivators and there is a significant difference between the average farm income of owners farmers and the average farm income of tenant farmers. (3) the level of use of paddy farming technology in Pemulutan Ilir Village is still relatively low and the level of use of cultivation technology is related to the income level of the owners paddy farming so that there is a significant influence to determine the use of paddy farming technology and is not related to the level of income of the tenant farmers paddy farming so there is no significant influence to determine the use of paddy farming technology.
