REGULASI DIRI DALAM BELAJAR PADA MAHASISWA ADIKTIF MEDIA SOSIAL ANGKATAN 2019 PROGRAM STUDI BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING UNIVERSITAS SRIWIJAYA
Self regulated learning is the ability of individuals to use their cognitive abilities to organize, direct, and control themselves to achieve the targets or goals that have been set in learning. The purpose of this research is knowing Self Regulated Learning Students of the Class of 2019 Guidance and Counseling Study Program Sriwijaya University who are experiencing social media addiction. This research uses descriptive quantitative methods with 81 students as population, samples were taken using the "Purposive Sampling" technique. The sample’s criteria is students who have social media addiction, than 34 students were obtained as the sample. The data research were taken with self regulated learning questionnare in the form of google form. The data research were analyzed with percentage formula. The results of this research indicate that there are 6 students who are included in the high category (H) with a percentage of 18% and those in the medium category (M) as many as 25 students with a percentage of 74%. Furthermore, there are 3 students who are included in the low category (L) with a percentage of 9%. Based on the data that has been analyzed, it can be concluded that there are 25 students of the Class of 2019 Guidance and Counseling Study Program at Sriwijaya University who experience social media addiction and are in the medium category (M).
