This study aims to develop an animated video learning media based on the Inshot application in class V theme 6 heat and its transfer at SD Negeri 17 Prabumulih along with knowing the validity and attractiveness of this animated video learning media. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D). The research procedure used is the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). This study was validated by media expert validators and material expert validators to determine the level of media validity, then tested on class teachers and class V B students to be asked for responses about the level of media attractiveness using a questionnaire. The validation results from the media expert validator are 91.07% including the "Very Valid" category. While the validation results from the material expert validator are 90.38% including the "Very Valid" category. The results of the trial on classroom teachers, namely 96.42%, were included in the "Very Interesting" category. Then the results of the first trial with the subject of 3 students, namely 89.44% included in the "Very Interesting" category. Then the results of the second trial with the subject of 5 students, namely 89.66% including the "Very Interesting" category. While the results of the third trial with the subject of 20 students are 97.75% including the "Very Interesting" category. The average score obtained from the teacher and student trials is 95,44% including the “Very Interesting” category.
