HUBUNGAN KINERJA UNIT PENGOLAHAN DAN PEMASARAN BOKAR MANTARMAS JAYA DENGAN KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN MANFAAT BAGI ANGGOTA DI DESA TALANG IPUH KECAMATAN SUAK TAPEH KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
The objectives of this study are (1) to analyze the performance of UPPB Mantarmas Jaya, (2) to analyze the quality of services provided by UPPB Mantarmas Jaya, (3) to analyze the benefits of UPPB Mantarmas Jaya for members in Talang Ipuh Village. The research was conducted in Talang Ipuh Village, Suak Tapeh District, Banyuasin Regency with purposive site selection. Data collection was carried out in December 2021. The research method used was a survey method and the method used in sampling was the simple random sampling method. The data collected in this study are primary data and secondary data. The study took 30 samples from 418 populations. The results of the study indicate that the performance of UPPB Mantarmas Jaya which consists of the performance of UPPB's service functions, development of tapping skills, use of equipment, implementation of bokar processing and marketing, introduction of quality standards, cooperation in the supply of coagulation materials, production facilities, transportation, capital, and marketing included in the good criteria. Then the service quality of UPPB Mantarmas Jaya which consists of direct evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy, each from the processing and marketing fields is included in very good criteria. Then the performan has no real relationship with the service quality.
