RANCANG BANGUN ALAT SORTASI BUAH DUKU ( domesticum ) MODEL KONVEYOR DIVERGEN Lansium TIPE SEMI MEKANIS
This study aims to design a sorting tool duku fruit divergen conveyor type to produce fruit size uniformity . This research was carried out from January 2021 to June 2021 at the Machinery and Workshop Laboratory, Department of Agricultural Technology, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University. The research was carried out using a technical design method by presenting data using tables, graphs, and pictures. This research was conducted with three experiments, the first to third experiments to determine the success of the sorting results. Presentation of data using tables and pictures. The parameters of this research are the theoretical working capacity of the tool, the percentage of the sorting product, and the work efficiency of the tool. The results of this study indicate that a semi-mechanical sorting tool can be used to separate duku based on size differences through a type conveyor divergen with an angle of 93º. The highest effective working capacity is 39.56 kg/hour, while the average effective working capacity of this tool is 39 kg/hour. The average value of fruit sorting in grade A that passed the reservoir was 100%, grade B was 87.81%, and grade C was 79.25%
