MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOK DAN NILAI TAMBAH PADA PENGOLAHAN MINYAK GORENG KELAPA SAWIT (STUDI KASUS DI PT TUNAS BARU LAMPUNG, Tbk) KECAMATAN TALANG KELAPA KABUPATEN BANYUASIN
The aims of this study are (1) to find out how the supply chain management of the palm cooking oil processing in PT TBL Banyuasin Regency, (2) to analyze the cost of palm cooking oil at the PT TBL palm oil mill, Banyuasin Regency, (3) to analyze the profit or loss added value after CPO is processed into palm cooking oil at PT TBL's palm oil mill. The research was conducted at PT TBL, Talang Kelapa District, Banyuasin Regency, South Sumatra. The data was taken in December 2021. The method used in this study is a case study method, while the method used to draw samples is the purposive sampling method. In this study, the data collected is in the form of primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that the stages of processing CPO into palm cooking oil include pre-treatment of raw materials, pre-treatment section, refinery section (refining process), fractionation section (fractionation process or separation) and packaging (packaging). The average cost obtained in this study is Rp16,584.48/Kg of cooking oil and has a difference of Rp2,415.52 with the selling price so that a percentage of 12.71% is obtained from the set selling price. The added value generated from this processing is Rp2,640.07 with the added value ratio than obtained is 16.35%, which means that this processing produces moderate added value because more 40% is the criteria for determining the ratio level.
