This study aims to produce learning video products, to know the development procedures, validity, teacher responses and student responses to learning videos based on the VN Video Editor application on the theme Towards a Prosperous Community. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model with five stages consisting of Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement, and Evaluate. The research subjects were 1 teacher and 15 students. Data collection was carried out based on the results of the validation sheets of media experts and material experts, questionnaires for teacher responses and student responses, interviews and documentation. Validation from media experts with a percentage result of 92,5% which is categorized as very valid. Validation from material experts with a percentage result of 92,86% which is categorized as very valid. Teacher's response questionnaire with a percentage result of 100% which is categorized as very good. Student response questionnaire with a percentage result of 85,18% which is categorized as very good. Thus, the product in the form of a learning video based on the VN Video Editor application is suitable for use as a learning medium.
