Cultivation of mustard caisim (Brassica juncea L.) plants needs to be increased because of the growing consumer demand along with population growth in Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of caisim mustard growth and yield on Liquid Organic Fertilizer at the best various concentrations. This research was conducted in September to Desember 2021, located in Sumber Rejeki Village, Pulau Rimau Sub District, Banyuasin, South Sumatra. This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of 7 treatments and 4 replications with each experimental unit containing 3 plants. The concentration treatments of liquid organic fertilizer used include: P0 = control or without liquid organic fertilizer, P1 = concentration 0,5 ml/l-1, P2 = concentration 1 ml/l-1, P3 = concentration 1,5 ml/l-1, P4 = concentration 2 ml/l-1, P5 = concentration 2,5 ml/l-1, P6 = concentration 3 ml/l-1. The variables observed in this study include plant height, leaf length, number of leaves, leaf width, fresh weight, root length, root volume, crown fresh weight and leaf area of the plant. Based on the results of the study, it was shown that liquid organic fertilizer treatment with a concentration of 2 ml/l-1 exerted the best influence on some of the parameter variables observed.
