Kangkung (Ipomoea repants) is an annual plant that is classified as an inexpensive vegetable and a good source of nutrition for the wider community. Seeing from the benefits, therefore it is necessary to cultivate kale, which can be done in the yard or land in without soil media that can harvested in a short time. Hydroponics is a method of planting that uses water as a growing medium. This research was conducted in July - October 2021. This study used a completely randomized design (CRD) with 8 treatments and 4 replications so that there were 32 experimental units, each replication consisted of three plants, so that in total there were 96 plants. The treatments used were P0 = AB mixed, P1 = Liquid Organic Fertilizer of banana remaining, P2 = Liquid Organic Fertilizer of remaining pineapple, P3 = Liquid Organic Fertilizer of remaining papaya, P4 = Liquid Organic Fertilizer of remaining fruits (Pineapple + Banana), P5 = Liquid Organic Fertilizer of remaining fruits (Pineapple + Papaya) ), P6 = Liquid Organic Fertilizer of remaining fruits (Papaya + Banana) and P7 = Liquid Organic Fertilizer of remaining fruits (Banana + Papaya + Pineapple). The results of the analysis of variance (ANOVA) showed that the AB mix treatment had a significant effect on all observed parameters, however the Liquid Organic Fertilizer of pineapple residue and papaya residue is expected to be a substitusi for AB mix solution.
