This research aims to find out the strategy of Indonesian Muslim Student Action Union (KAMMI) organization of Al-Quds commissariat organization in developing the leadership attitude of Sriwijaya University students. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are documentation, interviews, and observations. The data validity test used includes credibility tests, transferability tests, dependency tests, and confirmability tests. Data analysis techniques used include data reduction, data presentation, and inference. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the strategy carried out by KAMMI commissariat Al-Quds in developing the leadership attitude of Sriwijaya University students is to hold cadreization activities through several programs including Dauroh Marahlah (Leadership Training), Madrasah KAMMI Khos and Madrasah KAMMI Klasikal. From some of these cadreization programs can have an influence on leadership attitude of shown by the attitude of responsibility when given tasks, being able to cooperate in the groups, and confident in expressing opinions in forums.
