This study aims to describe student learning outcomes after applying the online assignment method during the covid-19 pandemic on theme 1 sub-theme 2 in class VI SD Negeri 01 megang sakti and also aims to describe whether the online assignment method is effective in improving student learning outcomes. The type of research used is a quasi-experimental (Quasi Experiment), the approach used is quantitative with the research design used is One Group Pretest-Posttest. The result of this research is that there is a change in the level of student learning outcomes of class VI SD Negeri 01 Megang Sakti after the application of the online assignment method. This is evidenced by the average value of student learning outcomes before the application of treatment, which is 56,3. Meanwhile, the average value of student learning outcomes after the application of the online assignment method was 78. This shows that the student learning outcomes after the online assignment method was applied experienced an average change of 21,7. In addition, in the calculation of the hypothesis test, the t-count value is 14,877 while the t-table value is at a significance level of 5 percent with dk=26 of 2.056, it means that the t-count value is greater than t-table, so as a consequence the value of Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that the application of the online assignment method is effective in improving student learning outcomes in learning theme 1 sub-theme 2 in class VI SD Negeri 01 Megang Sakti.
