Consumption is an activity that is always carried out by the household to meet the needs of its daily life consisting of the consumption of food and not food. Household consumption needs also change following the income level and following the changes in conditions that occur. Research objectives: (1) Analyzing household food and non-food consumption patterns before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Prabumulih City, (2) Analyzing what factors affect household consumption expenditure in Prabumulih City. The method used is the survey method. This study was conducted in January 2022 with a total of 60 respondents. The data processing method uses mathematical calculations and is analyzed with the t Test (Paired Sample T-test). The results showed that household consumption expenditures before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Prabumulih City during the Covid-19 pandemic before the Covid-19 pandemic amounted to Rp. 18,019,100 which increased during the Covid-19 pandemic
