P ENGARUH PUPUK MIKORIZA TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN , DUA VARIETAS UREA, DAN NPK BIBIT KELAPA SAWIT (Elaeis guineensis Jacq . ) DI PRE NURSERY
This study aimed to determine the effect of giving doses of mycorrhizal biofertilizers, urea, and NPK on the growth of two oil palm varieties in pre nurseries. The research was conducted at the Shadow House, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir from October to December 2020. This study used two varieties of oil palm seedlings (Simalungun and DxP Sriwijaya 2). The method used in this study was a completely randomized design consisting of 6 treatments in 4 replications, so there were 24 experimental units. Each unit consists of 3 plants so that the total plants are 72 plants. The treatments consisted of Simalungun given 5 g mycorrhizae (A), Simalungun was given Urea 1 g/l (B), Simalungun was given NPK 2.25 g (C), Sriwijaya 2 was given mycorrhizal 5 g (D), Sriwijaya 2 was given Urea 1 g /l (E), Sriwijaya 2 was given NPK 2.25 g (F). Based on the results of different studies, it can be said that the planting media with a comparison between the treatments of mycorrhizal, urea, and NPK biological fertilizers on two varieties of oil palm seedlings significantly affected the variables of seedling height at 12 weeks after planting, number of leaves at 12 weeks of planting, leaf greenness level, seedling diameter. , number of roots, total leaf area, and dry weight of seedlings, and were not significantly different from root length variables. Treatment D, namely the Sriwijaya variety given mycorrhizal biofertilizer with a dose of 5 g on the Sriwijaya variety was the best treatment because it gave the highest value growth on the observed variables. Keywords: Oil palm seeds, mycorrhizal biofertilizer, Urea, NPK.
