This study aims to develop interactive hyperlink powerpoint media based on a contextual teaching and learning model on the tema 9 subtema 1 class IV at SDN 68 Palembang and also aims to determine the validity and effectiveness of the media. The type of research used is Research and Development (R&D) with a 3D + I model consisting of Define, Design, Develop, and Implementation. This study validated learning designs, materials, and media and conducted a limited trial to 9 students of class IV B. The results of the validation assessment from media experts obtained a percentage value of 88.57% which was categorized as very valid. The results of the validation assessment from learning design practitioners obtained a percentage value of 90.00% which was categorized as very valid. The results of the validation assessment from material practitioners obtained a percentage value of 92.50% which was categorized as very valid. Field trials, the results of student’s assessment of the media get a percentage value of 86.00% which is categorized as very effective. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the PowerPoint media is feasible or valid and effectively used in the learning process.
