Shallots (Allium cepa L.) are the main commodity in Indonesia's development priority of lowland vegetable crops. Besides using as a seasoning and spice, shallots are used as traditional medicine and superior national vegetable that has an important role and needs to be cultivated intensively. Cultivating shallots on Ultisol, is certainly not easy because Ultisols has poor chemical properties characterized by high soil acidity and low to moderate organic matter content. In onion cultivation, the part of the plant taken at harvest is the tuber in the soil. There is a fungus Fusarium sp. in the soil, which can attack tubers. Fusarium sp. attacks shallot bulbs causing root and tuber rot. The utilization of organic fertilizer enriched with biological agents is one of the alternative methods in overcoming the problem of nutrient adequacy and resistance to disease. Until now, research on the use of organic fertilizer in shallots is still limited, especially organic fertilizers enriched with biological agents. To improve the soil's physical, chemical, and biological properties, it is necessary to add organic matter enriched with Trichoderma sp., a genus of fungi, as biologically controlling agents for pathogens. The antagonist mechanism used by Trichoderma sp. In inhibiting the growth of pathogens, among others, competition, parasitism, antibiosis, and lysis. The condition of Trichoderma sp. can penetrate host cells is a mechanism to strengthen the plant defense system to against pathogen attacks. This study aims to determine the effectiveness and determine the dose of organic fertilizer Trichoderma sp. the proper method to increase the NPK nutrient content of plant tissue and suppress the attack of the fungus Fusarium oxysporum on shallot cultivated on Ultisol in the Experimental field Agriculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University. The research was carried out from May to October 2021 at the Sriwijaya University Experimental field, Indralaya, Ogan Ilir. The design used in this study was a randomized block design with five levels of treatment. Each treatment was replicated five times, so there were 25 experimental units. The treatments in this study (T0: solid organic fertilizer enriched with Trichoderma sp. dose 0 kg ha-1); T1: Solid organic fertilizer enriched by Trichoderma sp. a dose of 200 kg ha-1; T2: Solid organic fertilizer enriched by Trichoderma sp. dose of 300 kg ha-1; T3: Solid organic fertilizer enriched by Trichoderma sp. an amount of 400 kg ha-1; T4: Solid organic fertilizer enriched by Trichoderma sp. dose of 500 kg ha-1). The research data were analyzed using ANOVA at a 5% significance level and post hoc test with the Duncan Multiple Range Test (DMRT). The results showed that the treatment of solid organic fertilizer enriched by Trichoderma sp. had a very significant effect on the weight of plant pods and P nutrient uptake, significantly affected the percentage of fusarium attack at 43 DAP, N nutrient uptake, and K nutrient uptake, but had no significant effect on the percentage of fusarium attack at 15 DAP, the percentage of plant mortality, and Soil pH value. The results suggested that the cultivation of shallots was treated with T3: Solid Organic Fertilizer enriched with Trichoderma sp. a dose of 400 kg ha-1 or 192 gram/plant was the best treatment in increasing the NPK nutrient content of shallots and was influential in suppressing the growth of the fungus Fusarium oxysporum.
