This research was conducted with the following objectives: 1) describe the use of production factors in smallholder coconut plantation farming in Teluk Payo Village, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency; 2) analyze the level of efficiency in the use of production factors in smallholder coconut farming in Teluk Payo Village, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency; 3) calculating the income of smallholder coconut plantation farming in Teluk Payo Village, Banyuasin II District, Banyuasin Regency. The research location was chosen purposively. The method used in this research is a survey method. This study took 90 samples by random sampling because the population of coconut farmers is homogeneous. The results showed that land production factors had a statistically and economically significant positive and significant effect on coconut production in Teluk Payo Village. In contrast, fertilizer and labor production factors had a positive but not statistically significant effect, while pesticides had a negative and not significant effect on coconut production. in Teluk Payo Village because the attack on this pest is sporadic, unlike other seasonal plants, it is routinely affected, but if the coconut is exposed from time to time. The use of coconut production factors economically is relatively better in the form of land area and inefficient pesticides so inputs must be reduced while fertilizer and labor production factors are not efficient so inputs must be added to achieve efficiency. Then lastly the income per area of coconut farming in Teluk Payo Village was Rp24.068.475 per year while the income for coconut farming in Teluk Payo Village was Rp4.020.981 per ha per 3 months which was relatively better than income in different locations Rambah Village Rokan Hulu Regency income of Rp3.483.958
