This study aims to determine the effect of Liquid Organic Fertilizer of goat manure (LOF) on the growth of oil palm (Elaeis guineensis Jacq.) seedlings in the main nursery. This research was conducted from August to November 2021 at the Experimental Field, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Sriwijaya, Indralaya Campus, South Sumatra Province (3°13'21.2"S 104°38'51.0"E). This study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 6 treatment and 3 replications, each treatment contained 4 plants. The fertilizer concentration consisted of LOF goat manure 100 ml / liter of water, LOF goat manure 80 ml / liter of water + NPK fertilizer 3 g, LOF goat manure 60 ml / liter of water + NPK fertilizer 6 g, LOF goat manure 40 ml / liter of water + NPK fertilizer 9 g, LOF goat manure 20 ml / liter of water + NPK fertilizer 12 g, and NPK fertilizer 15 g. The results showed that the application of goat manure liquid organic fertilizer had significant effect on the added size of stem diameter and added amount of fronds, but had no significant effect on other parameters. LOF goat manure 80 ml / liter of water + NPK fertilizer 3 g treatment tends to give better results than other treatments.
