UJI KINERJA PADA MESIN PENEPUNG KACANG HIJAU (PHASEOLUS RADIATUS L) FOMAC FCT- Z100 MENGGUNAKAN LOW FREQUENCY (LF) INVERTER DENGAN SUMBER ENERGI BATTERY VALVE REGULATED LEAD ACID (VRLA) 24V DC
This study aims to determine the performance test on the mung bean flour machine (Phaseolus radiatus L) Fomac FCT-Z100 Using a Low Frequency (LF) Inverter with Battery Valve Regulated Lead Acid (VRLA) 24V DC Energy Source. The research method used is descriptive method by testing the Fomac FCT-Z100 flour machine for green beans using a VRLA type battery with a DC voltage of 24 Volts which is converted using an LF Inverter into an AC voltage of 220 V, (50 Hz) Energy source in the VRLA battery. comes from solar panels. The experimental time of the flour machine is 120 seconds with ten times repetition on DC electric current and AC electric current. The results of the study obtained that the highest energy demand data was 14.98 Wh at AC current, and the lowest value was 14.25 Wh at DC current. The percentage yield of the working capacity of the flour is 3.03 kg/hour at AC current, and 3.03 kg/hour at DC current. The highest percentage of flour yield is found in DC 60 Mesh current which is 89.45%, and the lowest percentage is found in DC 80 Mesh current of 48.2%. The highest percentage of the output voltage is AC current, which is 229.8 V, and the lowest percentage is DC current, which is 222.0 V. The highest percentage of electric current is AC current, which is 1.908 A, and the lowest percentage is current. DC is 1.883 A. Based on the results of research on energy requirements in solar panels, it shows that the intensity of sunlight greatly affects the power that enters the battery.
