The objectives of this research are: (1) To prioritize business based on Palembang hydroponics, technical and marketing aspects, legal and legal aspects, as well as management and human resources aspects, (2) To analyze Palembang hydroponic finance, and (3) To analyzed the variables that influence the Palembang hydroponic vegetable business. This research was conducted at the Green Corner Hydroponics Palembang which is located at Jalan Meriam Lorong Karya 4 No. 457, Sekip Ujung City of Palembang, South Sumatra Province. This location selection is done purposively or intentionally. Data collection was carried out in February 2022. The research method used in this study was the Case Study Method. Sampling samples in this study were owners of hydroponic vegetables at Green Corner Hydroponics Palembang. The sample selection used was purposive sampling with the consideration that the scale of the business had long been established, was economical, had partners and had a fixed market, making it easier for researchers to collect the information needed during the study. Palembang Hydroponic Green Corner is used as a data source in determining the feasibility of Palembang hydroponic vegetable business. For discussion, other supporting sources and libraries are also used as references. The results showed that (1) the financial feasibility of the Palembang Hydroponic Vegetable Business was declared feasible to be seen from non-financial aspects, namely: market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, legal and legal aspects, management and human resources aspects, (2) Business financial feasibility Vegetables based on Palembang Hydroponics are declared feasible for cultivation with an estimated age of 10 years, the NPV value obtained is Rp. 27.945.989, Net B/C is 1.3 Gross B/C is 2.0, IRR is 78.1 percent which is more Payback Period of 2.3 and Profitability Index of 1.3 and (3) Sensitivity analysis on sales volume if there is a decrease in the amount of vegetable production by 10.9 percent and a decrease in selling price by 9 percent in Palembang Hydroponic Vegetable Business is still declared feasible to be cultivated.
