ANALISIS CURAHAN TENAGA KERJA DENGAN KEARIFAN LOKAL USAHATANI PADI RAWA LEBAK DI DESA SOAK BATOK KABUPATEN OGAN ILIR

The purpose of this research are; (1) To identify local wisdom in the lebak swamp rice farming, (2) To analyze the amount of labor in the lebak swamp rice farming, and (3) To analyze the factors that influence the work in the lebak swamp rice farming. This research was conducted in Soak Batok Village, North Indralaya District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Location selection is done purposively or intentionally. Data collection at the research location was carried out in January 2022. The research method used was a survey method. The sampling method used in this study was simple random sampling with 40 respondents. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The results of this study indicate that; (1) Soak Batok Village still has local wisdom in its lebak swamp rice farming, namely at the stage of land processing, procurement and seeding of seeds, planting, maintenance, harvesting, and post-harvesting, (2) Outpouring of labor in lebak swamp rice farming in Soak Batok Village is 167,54 HOK/Ha/Yr, where the use of external labor is 117,02 HOK/Ha/Yr is greater than the outpouring of labor in the family, which is 50,52 HOK/Ha/Yr. The outpouring of female workers in Soak Batok Village is 96,43 HOK/Lg/Yr, higher than male workers at 23,16 HOK/Lg/Yr and machine labor is 27,01 HOK/Lg/Yr, and (3) Simultaneously, the factors of age, work experience, area of arable land, and a number of dependents are significant and have a significant effect on the outpouring of labor. While partially, the education level factor is not significant and has no significant effect on the outpouring of labor.
