The purpose of this research is to (1) analyze the feasibility of galangal farming (2) calculate the cost of goods manufactured and the income of galangal serundeng and galangal sticks (3) analyze the added value obtained from processing galangal into galangal serundeng and galangal sticks. This research was conducted in Sukamulya Village Sematang Borang Sub District Palembang City. The method used in this research is the case study method. Data collection was carried out from February 2022 to March 2022. The data collection used in this study was the census method. All populations taken in this study were 29 galangal farmers and 1 galangal processing industry consisting of 1 owner with 3 workers who helped manage of processed galangal. The research showed that galangal farming in Sukamulya Village had the advantage. The income from galangal farming is Rp78.247.590,49/lg/year and Rp59.359.757,16/ha/year. Galangal farming in Sukamulya Village is feasible to run. The feasibility of galangal farming was carried out with the following analysis, R/C Ratio obtained is 4,36, BEP production of young galangal is 3.255,82 kilogram, BEP production of old galangal is 2.154,91 kilogram, BEP price of young galangal is Rp1.261,73, BEP price of old galangal is Rp573,51. The results of the research showed that the cost of goods manufactured provides benefits to the processing industry as evidenced by the cost of goods manufactured of galangal serundeng is Rp67.187,22/kg and income obtained is Rp792.191,74/1x production process, the cost of goods manufactured of galangal stik is Rp63.630,48/kg and income obtained is Rp545.542,81/1x production process. The research results showed that the processing of galangal into galangal serundeng and galangal sticks provide high added value as evidenced by the ratio of the added value of galangal serundeng is 44,18% and the ratio of the added value of galangal sticks is 46,16%.
