The objectives of this study are: 1) Calculate the value of farmers' income and expenditures in Rantau Kadam Village, North Musi Rawas Regency. 2) Identify the selling value of land and the reasons farmers sell and do not sell their land in Rantau Kadam Village, North Musi Rawas Regency. This research was conducted from August 2018 to 2019. The method used in this research is the survey method. The results of this study indicate that the age of rubber farmers in the village of Rantau Kadam is in the range of 15-49 years. The education of rubber farmers is still relatively low, the average number of family members is 3 to 4 rubber farmers. Then the land owned by rubber farmers is on average their own land either from inheritance or buying their own. The average area of rubber land owned by farmers is 2-5 ha. The income of rubber farmers in Rantau Kadam Village is Rp33,110,731 while the expenditure is Rp27,299,429 or the income of rubber farmers in Rantau Kadam Village is greater than their expenditure. The selling value of land received by rubber farmers in Rantau Kadam Village is an average of Rp15,434,783 per hectare with LEV of Rp82,488,182. The reasons farmers sell land in Rantau Kadam Village are because the selling price of rubber has decreased, the income from rubber farming is small, production and maintenance costs are quite high, unexpected needs and debt arrears. The reasons farmers do not sell land in Rantau Kadam Village are because farmers perceive the selling value of the land.
