The aims of this study are (1) to describe the trend of fluctuations in oil palm prices from 2020 to 2021 in Nagari Talunan Maju, Sangir Balai Janggo District, South Solok Regency, (2) to analyze the effect of oil palm price fluctuations and the amount of palm oil production on the income of oil palm farmers in Nagari Talunan Maju, Sangir Balai Janggo District, South Solok Regency, (3) to analyze the impact of oil palm price fluctuations on the welfare level of oil palm farmers in Nagari Talunan Maju. The method used in this research is simple random sampling. The number of samples taken in this study was 30 out of 517 farmers. The data taken are primary data and secondary data. The results of the 6th order polynomial show an average R-Square value of 85.79% and experience an increasing price trend. The coefficient value of the production variable of 1.550.810 indicates that there is a positive relationship between the production variable and the income of oil palm farmers, which means that the income of farmers will increase by Rp1.550.810 if oil palm production increases by 1 kg, assuming the other variables have a fixed value.
