This study aims to determine the community's perception of the performance of mobile samsat in Ilir Timur I District. The researcher uses a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study is people who pay taxes in mobile Samsat cars in Ilir Timur District I. The variable in this study is a single variable, namely Public Perception of the Performance of mobile Samsat in Ilir Timur District I with performance indicators namely, Knowledge of work, Quality of work, Cooperation, Ability to communicate and Interact. The research sample was taken using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique, the sample of this study was the people who paid taxes in the Samsat car around the city of Palembang which was in RW 12 Kelurahan 20 Ilir D.IV. Data collection techniques in this study were documentation and questionnaires. The test of instrument requirements in this study is a test of validity and reliability test and data analysis using normality and homogeneity tests. The results of this study can be concluded that the public's perception of the performance of mobile samsat car employee in Ilir Timur I District gives a very positive response and the 5 indicators that become research benchmarks get the average result of the percentage indicator variable employee knowledge 86%, indicator variable work quality employees 51.84%, indicators of cooperation variables 86.9%, indicators of employee responsibility variables 84.7%, indicators of employee communication variables 86.6%.
