Replanting is an activity to replace old plants (plants that are more than 25 years old and are no longer economical) to new plants. Replanting causes differences in the allocation of labor and income of palm oil plasma farmers so that farmers must carry out strategies during replanting. Allocation of labor is an activity carried out by plasma farmers and their family mebers in oil palm farming before and after replanting (HOK/lg/th). Income is the total amount of revenue that has been deducted by total production costs for one farming production process. Stratetgy of plasma farmers is a strategy carried out of plasma farmers to support the family economy during replanting activities. The purpose of this study is to determine differences in the allocation of labor and income of palm oil plasma farmers before and after replanting, and also know how the survival strategies used by plasma farmers during replanting conducted. This research was condusted in Sumber Rezeki Village, Sungai Lilin District Musi Banyuasin Regency. The research location was chosen intentionally. Data collection was carried out in February 2022. The method used In this research are survey and interview methods. Data collection method used In this research is simple random sampling. Data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression using a paired sample t-test. The results of this study indicate that there is a difference between allocation of labor and income of palm oil plasma farmers before and after replanting, which is the allocation of labor and income of plasma farmers palm oil was larger before replanting than after replanting. The survival strategy carried out by plasma farmers includes 3 main strategies. The 3 main strategies are active strategy, passive strategy and network strategy.
