This development research aims to develop and produce Audio Visual Media media products based on moral content songs for children aged (5-6) years in Prabumulih City which have been tested for their validity and practicality. This study uses the ADDIE development model (analyze, design, develop, implement, evaluate), and Tessmer Formative Evaluation with the stages of self evaluation, expert review, one to one evaluation and small group. The data analysis technique used is walkthrough and observation. The results showed that the percentage value based on material validity was 89% and the percentage value based on media validity was 91%, obtained an average overall product validity with a percentage value of 89% with a very valid category, which means that it is stated that audio-visual media based on moral content is said to be valid which has been reviewed in terms of indicators and items of assessment of materials and media. The results of the one to one evaluation stage involving three children got a percentage of 87% and the small group evaluation stage involving nine children resulted in a percentage of 91%, from the two stages an average of 89% was obtained with a very practical category which means Media display Audio Visual media that uses bright colors to attract children's attention, use of music in each song, questions that can actively involve children, interesting animated images and in accordance with the moral message of the song, in accordance with indicators of children's moral development (5 -6) years.
