Nuraini Usman, M.Pd nuraini_usman@fkip.unsri.ac.id Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program ABSTRACT This study aims to develop an vlognow animation video learning media in online learning for grade III grade SD Negeri 10 Payaraman. As well as knowing the development procedure and the level of validity of the animation video media animation maker. This type of research uses ADDIE development (analysis, design, development, implementation, evaluation). This study was validated by media expert validators and material expert validators to determine the level of media validity, then tested on class teachers and class III students to be asked for responses about the level of media attractiveness using a questionnaire. The validation results from the media expert validator are 90 % including the "Very Valid" category. While the validation results from the material expert validator are 86 % including the "Very Valid" category. The results of the trial on classroom teachers, namely 100 %, were included in the "Very Interesting" category. Then the results of the first trial with the subject of 3 students, namely 95 % included in the "Very Interesting" category. Then the results of the second trial with the subject of 5 students, namely 98 % including the "Very Interesting" category. Keywords: Development, Animated video, vlognow
