UJI KINERJA MESIN PENIRIS MINYAK (SPINNER) PADA ABON IKAN GABUS (Channa striata)

This research was aimed to find out subtract of percentage oil content on shredded cork fish. This research has been conducted from November 2021 to February 2022 at Laboratory of Agricultural Machinery and Workshop, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya, South Sumatra. The method used was Factorial Randomized Block Design (RAKF) with two research factors, namely the rotation velocity (R), and duration of rotation (T) with two levels of treatment and each treatment obination was repeated three times. The parameter of this study are actual capacity (kg/jam), spin yield (%), spesific power requirement (W/kg), and percentage of oil drained. The result of this study proved that the rotation velocity had a real diffrent on actual capacity, spin yield, spesific power requirement, and percentage of oil drained. The treatment of the duration spinning time had a real diffrent on actual capacity, spin yield, spesific power requirement, and percentage of oil drained.
