The objectives of this research are (1) To analyze the differences in the performance of rice farming of UPSUS and Non-UPSUS participants in terms of performance indicators (productivity and income) in South Indralaya District, OganIlir Regency. (2) Analyze the dominant factors affecting rice productivity of farmers participating in UPSUS and non-UPSUS rice in Indralaya Selatan District, Ogan Ilir Regency. Data collection at the research location has been carried out in Arisan Gading Village and Meranjat Ilir Village, Indralaya Selatan District, OganIlir Regency. In January 2020. The methods used in this research are survey methods and direct interviews. The data collected in this study are primary and secondary data . Based on the results of this study, the performance of rice farming of UPSUS participants was higher than the performance of nonUPSUS farmers in terms of performance indicators (productivity and income). Factors that did not significantly influence rice farming productivity of farmers participating in UPSUS and Non UPSUS in Indralaya Selatan District were age, length of farming, education level, number of dependents, income and means of productivity (D1) jointly have a significant effect on rice farming productivity of farmers participating in UPSUS and Non UPSUS, namely age, length of farming, education level, number of dependents, income and agricultural facilities (D1)
