Corn is an agricultural commodity that has many uses both industrially and in food needs. The corn commodity that is experiencing an increase in demand is hybrid or shelled maize, so that many government programs and farmers carry out this shelled corn farming. To find out how much corn farming has provided benefits for producer farmers, it can be seen through the analysis of the cost of goods. This study aims to (1) describe the farming conditions in Bangun Sari Village; (2) Analyze the cost of corn in Bangun Sari Village; (3) To analyze the income and feasibility level of corn farming in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District, Banyuasin Regency. Data collection was carried out in January 2021. The data used are primary data and secondary data from field observations and direct interviews with farmers. The sampling method used was simple random sampling method with 32 farmers as respondents. The results showed that this farming activity was carried out in the second planting season, where the farming activities carried out were planting preparation, planting, fertilizing, maintenance (weeding and pest control) and harvesting. The cost of corn in Bangun Sari Village is Rp1,590. This cost of goods is 2 times smaller than the average selling price of Rp3,300. The income per hectare of corn farming in Bangun Sari Village is Rp11,796,879 with an R / C value of 2.07, which means that corn farming in Bangun Sari Village, Tanjung Lago District is profitable and feasible to be developed. The BEP value for corn farming is Rp1,590 per kilogram. BEP received Rp206,941 per hectare. The BEP for the production volume is 63.
