Drying crackers is one of the steps in the process of making crackers which is done manually. In the process of drying crackers, there are activities such as lifting steamed crackers, arranging wet crackers and drying crackers at the drying station. The purpose of this study was to analyze body posture when drying crackers and work risks based on scores. The method used was the Ergonomic Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. From the results of the study, there were 8 posture change activities, namely the posture of lifting the cracker steamer resulting in a score of 6 with a moderate level of risk, the posture carrying the cracker steaming score of 11 with a very high risk level, the posture of moving the crackers in the shells and the posture of arranging crackers resulted in a score of 3 with low level of risk, the posture of bringing crackers to drying resulted in a score of 7 with a moderate level of risk, the posture of putting shells in the dryer resulted in a score of 8 with a high level of risk, the posture of turning the shells in drying resulted in a score of 4 with a moderate level of risk, and the posture of drying crackers resulted in a score of 2 with low level of risk . Energy consumption of cracker making workers was 4.92 Kcal minute. Meanwhile, the consumption of cracker making workers was 7.61 Kcal per minute. Complaints experienced in each process carried out by workers were different based on the results of the Nordic Body Map questionnaire. Penjemuran kerupuk merupakan salah satu langkah dalam proses pembuatan kerupuk yang dilakukan secara manual. Dalam proses penjemuran kerupuk terdapat aktivitas seperti mengangkat kerupuk yang telah dikukus, menyusun kerupuk basah dan menjemur kerupuk di stasiun penjemuran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis postur tubuh pada saat melakukan penjemuran kerupuk dan risiko kerja yang berdasarkan skor. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Ergonomi Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA). Dari hasil penelitian, terdapat 8 aktivitas perubahan postur yaitu postur mengangkat kukusan kerupuk menghasilkan skor 6 dengan tingkat risiko sedang, pada postur membawa kukusan kerupuk skor yang dihasilkan 11 dengan tingkat risiko sangat tinggi, postur memindahkan kerupuk di kerang dan postur menyusun kerupuk menghasilkan skor 3 dengan tingkat risiko rendah, postur membawa kerupuk ke penjemuran menghasilkan skor 7 dengan tingkat risiko sedang, postur meletakkan kerang di penjemuran menghasilkan skor 8 dengan tingkat risiko tinggi, postur membalikkan kerang di penjemuran menghasilkan skor 4 dengan tingkat risiko sedang, dan postur menjemur kerupuk menghasilkan skor 2 dengan tingkat risiko rendah. Konsumsi energi pada pekerja penyusun kerupuk sebesar 4,92 Kkal/menit. Sedangkan konsumsi pekerja penyusun kerupuk sebesar 7,61 Kkal/ menit. Keluhan yang dialami pada setiap proses yang dilakukan pekerja berbeda-beda berdasarkan hasil dari kuesioner Nordic Body Map.
