This study aimed to determine the impact of utilized and without farm machinery on farmers' income in the SERASI program to achieve its optimal goal of increasing production and farmer welfare in Banyuasin Regency. This research was conducted in December 2020-February 2021 at the Food Crops and Horticulture Department, BPP (Agricultural Extension Service) Muara Telang District, Tanjung Lago District and Rambutan District. The descriptive method was used in this study with the tabulated presentation. The parameters used in this study were the comparison of mechanization and conventional use, the number of available tools and machines, and the impact of utilized and unutilized farm machinery on farmers' income. The results showed that the average income of rice farming with and without farm machinery in the three study districts was Rp 17,001,800 and Rp 7,102,000 / ha per planting season. The SERASI program increased the Crop Index (IP 200) in Muara Telang District, Tanjung Lago District and Rambutan District with effective agricultural machinery assistance. The average efficiency of rice farming with and without farm machinery in the study area was 2.14 and 1.61. This showed that the farm machinery utilizing in agricultural processing from the soil processing until the harvesting was more effective compared to the process without farm machinery
