FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PERSALINAN PRETERM PADA PASIEN PERDARAHAN ANTEPARTUM DI BAGIAN OBSTETRI DAN GINEKOLOGI RSMH PALEMBANG PERIODE 1 JANUARI - 31 DESEMBER 2011
Background : The incidence of prenatal death in Indonesia is still high. The main cause of prenatal death is preterm labour. Antepartum hemorrhage is one of the conditions that can cause preterm labour. This research is meant to identify the factors that affects preterm labour on antepartum hemorrhage patients. Method : This research is a retrospective descriptive observational study with a cross-sectional design. The sample of this study are the preterm labour patients with antepartum hemorrhage on 2011 in RSMH Palembang. The variables are causes and risk factors which includes maternal factors, fetal factors and the baby's condition. The results are shown through distribution tables, percentage tables and narration. Results : There were 39 cases of preterm labour on antepartum hemorrhage patients. The dominant cause is placenta praevia (89,74%). Maternal factors founded were maternal age of >35 years old (51,29%), multipara (51,29%), gestational age of 34-36 weeks old (56,42%), low Hb count (61,54%), have not entered labour yet (58,98%), no history of cesarean section (89.74%), no history of abortion (76.92%), no history of placenta praevia (97.44%), no history of smoking (61,54%), no hypertension (87,18%), no preterm premature rupture of membrane (94,88%) and normal thrombocytes (89,75%). There were no cases of placenta ablation and leiomyoma. Fetal factors founded were living fetus (84,62%) and normal fetal heart rate (84,62%). The baby's condition founded were normal APGAR score (56,42%) and normal birth weight (56,42%). Conclusion : From the 39 cases of preterm labour on antepartum hemorrhage patients, dominantly were found on patients with placenta praevia, maternal age >35 years old, multipara, gestational age of 34-36 weeks old, low Hb count, not in labour yet, no history of cesarean section,abortion, placenta praevia or smoking, no hypertension, no preterm premature rupture of membrane, normal thrombocyte count and no history of placenta ablation or leiomyoma. Fetus were dominantly found alive and have normal heart rate. Newbom babies dominantly have normal APGAR score and normal birth weight.
