Rubber plants in Indonesia are garden plants that have been widely distributed among the community. The majority of farmers are familiar with the types of rubberplants and their cultivation pratices so that these sap-producingplants are very synonymous with farme because of their easy cultivation and processing techniques and providing direct economic value for farmers. (1) Compare and analyze the income of rubber farmers in Tanjung Raman Village before and during the COVID-19 (2) Analyze the level of welfare on the economy of rubber farming families as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic (3) Analyze the strategies of rubber farmers in Tanjung Raman Village in dealing with the decline in income due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This research was carried out in the Tanjung Raman sub�district in the southern part of Prabumulih, Prabumulih city. Data collection was carriedout in April 2022. The reaserch method used in this research is a survey technique. The data used in this study is the simple random sampling method with a sample of 48 rubber farmers from a total of 90 rubber farmer families. The data processing method used in this study used two-paired test. Based on the result of this study, it show that there is a difference in income of up to 15,15%or equivalent to Rp1.715.187 (Rp/6months) where income during the COVID-19 pandemic has increased. Based on the result of the test (paired sampke test) obtained the value of sig. (2-tailed) of 0,000 where the value of sig. (2-tailed) ≤ 0,05. Therefore, it is concluded than Ho rejects where there is a significant difference between income before and during the COVID-19 pandemic. The survival strategies adopted by rubber farmers in the face of declining incomes are actives strategies, passive strategies, and network strategies. The strategy is classified as high is the passive strtegy where the farmers save their family’s economic expenditure. The level of welfare of the farmers based level of welfare of farmers based onthe standard of Decent Living Needs (KHL) shows that the income of rubber farmers is Rp Rp2.528.821,- per month, which is less than the KHL standard for family farmers of Rp2.386.451,- per mont. It can be concuded that the welfare level of rubber farmers affected by the COVID-19 pandemic in Tanjung Raman village is classified as prosperous.
