Rawa lebak is a farming ecosystem that contributes to rice production in Indonesia, located in South Sumatra. Manpower is an important input that must be met in carrying out farming activities. Domestic workers consist of family workers and workers from outside the family. The purpose of this study is to (1) identify how much of the labor allocation for the family of farmers in the lebak swamp rice farming in Sungai Pinang III village (2) identify how much the contribution of lebak swamp rice farming income to the total household income of lebak swamp rice farmers in the lebak village Sungai Pinang III (3) identifies the effect of family labor allocation on the income of lebak swamp rice farming in Sungai Pinang III village. The method used in this study is a survey method, in which the survey method is a research method that takes a sample of a portion of the existing population by using questionnaires as material for collecting basic data and intense interviews with rice farmers of lebak swamp rice. The time of data collection for this research was carried out from March to April 2022. The results of this study indicate that it can be seen that the allocation of family labor is 47,70 HOK/hectare/year and the allocation of labor from outside the family is 14,05 HOK/hectare/year. For the contribution of swamp rice farming income to total household income of 85,67 percent and the allocation of family labor has a significant positive effect on the income of lebak swamp rice farming in Sungai Pinang III Village.
