PT. Elang Marin Sentosa is a company engaged in the provision of metal crates which in the process of supplying them there is a process of maintenance activities. The goal to be achieved is optimizing maintenance activities, the objectives to be achieved are, obtaining the optimal amount of inventory by considering the results of maintenance activities in order to meet market demand, maintenance process costs that do not exceed the limit, and effective working hours. Applying the model Goal Programming to obtain optimal maintenance results in the provision of metal crates because at the this research has more than one unrelated objective and the solution is carried out with the help of LINGO 13.0. Goal programming is a special form of linear programming whose objective function is to minimize the deviations of some goals. The results of this study obtained the optimal solution, namely the achievement of the target of maintenance activities, the cost of the maintenance process that does not exceed the limit every month, and also effective working hours in completing maintenance activities.
