DAMPAK PANDEMI COVID-19 TERHADAP ALOKASI WAKTU KERJA DAN KERAGAMAN SUMBER DAN TINGKAT PENDAPATAN PETANI KARET DI DESA GUMAI KECAMATAN GELUMBANG KABUPATEN MUARA ENIM
The purpose of this reseach were to (1) analyze the allocation of rubber farmers' working time before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in Gumai Village, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency, and (2) analyze the diversity of rubber farmers' income sources before and during the Covid-19 pandemic in the village. Gumai, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency, and (3) Calculate the contribution of rubber farmers' income before and during the Covid-19 pandemic to the total income of farmers in Gumai Village, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. This research was conducted in Gumai Village, Gelumbang District, Muara Enim Regency. Data collection in July 2021. The research method used in this study is a survey method with a sample of 42 rubber farmers. The data processing method used in this study used income analysis of rubber farming (on-farm rubber), livestock farming (on-farm fish farming), and non-farm farming (non-farm). As well as analyzing the working time allocation of rubber farmers in Gumai Village before and during Covid-19 by calculating t count, and analyzing the household income diversity index of rubber farmers before and during Covid-19 by calculating the entropy index. and calculate the contribution of rubber farmers' household income before and during Covid-19 to the total income of rubber farmers. The results showed that in the allocation of working time experienced changes in rubber farmers, on-farm rubber, on-farm livestock and non-farm, namely before the Covid-19 pandemic 116.26 and during the Covid-19 pandemic 199.96 with a difference of 83.66 HOK, Therefore, it is concluded that the allocation of working time on rubber farming before the Covid-19 pandemic (in 2019) was less than during the Covid-19 pandemic (in 2020), namely 95.26 and 181.69 during the pandemic with a difference of 86, 43 HOK. Meanwhile, the income diversity index of farmer household businesses in Gumai Village before Covid-19 was 0.63 and 0.62 during the Covid-19 outbreak. This means that there are quite a variety of types of work carried out by rubber farming households in Gumai Village, but the level of diversity is not much different. and on the contribution of on-farm rubber to the total household income of farmers, respectively 48.48 percent before Covid-19 and 50.58 percent during Covid-19. There is a difference in the total household income of rubber farmers in Gumai Village, namely a diffference of up to 21.07 percent or equivalent to Rp3.542.430
