This study was conducted to determine the effect of goat manure and NPK fertilizer on the growth and yield of shallots of the Bima Brebes variety. This research was carried out in January until April 2021 at experimental station, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University Indralaya, Ogan Ilir, South Sumatra. This study used a factorial randomized block design with 2 factors. The first factor was the dose of NPK fertilizer with 3 treatment levels: A1 = 200 kg ha-1 (3,57 g plant-1), A2 = 300 kg ha-1 (5,35 g plant-1), A3 = 400 kg ha-1 (7,14 g plant-1). The second factor is the dose of goat manure O1 = 10 ton ha-1 (1 kg plot-1), O2 = 15 ton ha-1 (1,5 kg plot-1), O3 = 20 ton ha-1 (2 kg plot-1). The results showed that the combination treatment of NPK fertilizer and goat manure gave the best effect on the variables of bulbs number and bulbs weight per plot. The application of NPK fertilizer gave the best effect on the growth and yield of shallots of the Bima Brebes variety, based on the variables of plant height, number of leaves, bulbs diameter, fresh bulb weight, bulbs weight per plot.
