Jeruk kunci to being one of the commodities that have the potential to be developed. Marketing is defined as the activity of selling or delivering a valuable item to the community for its needs to be met. This study aims to (1) describe and determine the participation of jeruk kunci marketing agencies (Citrofortunella microcarpa) by looking at marketing channels and functions in Segayam Village (2) Analyzing the amount of marketing margins at each jeruk kunci marketer institution (Citrofortunella microcarpa) in Segayam Village (3) Calculating the marketing efficiency of jeruk kunci (Citrofortunella microcarpa) in Segayam Village. The research was carried out in Segayam Village, Gelumbang Subdistrict, Muara Enim Regency. The research used survey method in sampling 30 farmers were selected by a simple random sampling method. In population of 9 institution marketers use the snowball sampling. Descriptive analysis is performed to describe the marketing agencies involved from each marketing channel. The results showed that the institution involved in the marketing of jeruk kunci were farmers, merchant wholesalers, retailers and consumers. There are three marketing channel in Segayam Village, namely marketing channel I, marketing channel II and marketing channel III. The marketing functions involved are the sell function, the buy function, the transport function, the saving function, the financing function, the risk insurer function, the sorting function and the information function. The margin value of marketing channel I is the most profitable farmer at Rp12.000,00/kg. marketing channel is the most efficient channel with a percentage of 4,25 percent and farmer’s share value of 100,00 percent and marketing profit of Rp11.490,00/kg.
